Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by amvi5d may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal privileges until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

amvi5d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions are processed through amvi5d's designated payment partners. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Deposits are typically credited to your account Balance within 1–3 minutes of successful payment confirmation. amvi5d does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which amvi5d accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Members who have not yet completed KYC verification may be subject to reduced deposit limits.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activity, or the use of another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. amvi5d reserves the right to reverse suspicious deposits and report the associated activity to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the same name as the amvi5d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. amvi5d targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider's settlement schedule.
Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met:
amvi5d does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. The amount requested will be transferred in full to your nominated payment account, subject to any fees levied independently by your bank or e-wallet provider. amvi5d has no control over, and accepts no liability for, such third-party charges.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account withdrawal interface. VIP members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as part of the amvi5d VIP programme. amvi5d reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
amvi5d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this clause.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a promotion page, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified on each promotion's dedicated page. Until the Wagering Requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn and will not count toward any withdrawal request.

amvi5d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their amvi5d account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
amvi5d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. amvi5d accepts no liability for losses resulting from Force Majeure events or from the actions of third-party payment providers.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by amvi5d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
